Originally from Northumberland in the UK, David has worked in education for the last twenty years. Teaching and learning has taken him to Taiwan, Korea and Hong Kong where he lived for thirteen years. In his previous school, David taught a range of year groups across the primary school including year six. He was also computing coordinator and is passionate about using technology in order to enhance the student voice and to facilitate student agency.

David has recently moved to Singapore with his wife and two children, both of whom will attend Nexus. In his free time he enjoys exercising, hiking and watching sports.
