Hannah Swinbourne

With her extensive qualifications from linguistics, languages and teaching, Hannah Swinbourne is passionate in the psychological and social aspects of language acquisition, particularly in multilingual environments. She left her hometown in New Zealand and joined Nexus in 2016. Hannah believes in establishing meaningful relationships with learners and creating an engaging and relaxed learning environment to help them connect language knowledge to real-life application. She played the saxophone in the school band and the guitar, piano and flute at home. In her spare time she enjoys reading and travelling and keeps fit by playing touch rugby and going to the gym.
