Heather Woodland

Born and raised in Canada, Heather lived in Barbados for five years before moving to Singapore in 2022. She has taught in Beijing and Hong Kong for ten years altogether, in addition to two years of teaching in Vancouver. She is an experienced PYP and MYP teacher who is passionate about creating a physical and digital environment where student agency thrives. Heather is enthusiastic about teaching Year 6 at Nexus. She loves to get involved in dragon boating, rugby, running and outdoor pursuits.
