Manuela O’Reilly has extensive experience as a teacher of Mathematics in the UK, Melbourne and Sydney where she taught MYP Maths and Science and latterly, Head of Year 10. Whilst in Australia, she was fortunate to lead and participate in professional learning projects on creating cultures of thinking under Ron Ritchhart, Harvard University School of Education.

Manuela is passionate about learners developing a mathematical mindset and experiencing mathematical freedom and collaboration within the classroom and is extremely excited to be joining Nexus in the inaugural year of the MYP.

Her other passions include painting and she has illustrated and written a children’s story book!
