Mark Turner

Born in New Zealand, Mark Turner has worked as a teacher, Head of Mathematics, and Associate teacher in New Zealand, Bhutan and Singapore. Mark is highly qualified in Mathematics, with over thirty years experience teaching Mathematics in Secondary schools, including ten years in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan. He has managed the introduction of new curriculum and assessment methods, has experience with in-service training and a wide-range of recent teaching methods and assessment practices. He is enthusiastic about improving the quality of Mathematics education for all. In his spare time he can be found running, reading, blowing his own trumpet, or practising meditation.
