Melanie Brown is an experienced international educator having lived and worked in Japan, Thailand, China, New Zealand and Singapore. She particularly loves the challenge of helping learners to unlock their perspective of the world and how it works, in teaching Theory of Knowledge. As the IB Diploma Coordinator at Nexus, she finds it very rewarding to support learners in utilising their curiosity and natural abilities as they choose the path they hope to take in life. Melanie also brings strong skills in digital learning design from her time as a learning designer at tertiary level in New Zealand. On weekends you will find her riding buses around Singapore with her two year old, who is fascinated with anything with wheels.
