Ronan Dockrell

Individuals and Societies Teacher

Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History and Politics and Professional Education (Secondary) - University of Stirling, UK

 

Ronan Dockrell was born in Scotland, UK, and has worked with children in a number of locations including the USA and Italy before graduating with a degree in History, Politics and Professional Education. He worked as a teacher in Scotland for 3 years whilst taking a particular interest in children with additional needs. He volunteered as an activity worker on weekends with disabled children from 2014-2017 and developed a positive and inclusive attitude for all. Ronan’s first international teaching post took him to Blantyre, Malawi where he also worked as a House Manager and Duke of Edinburgh bronze award leader. Outside the classroom Ronan enjoys running, hiking, hockey and tennis.
