Anamika studied at Strathmore University, Nairobi before she became a skilled storyteller with a Trinity Guildhall qualification in Speech and Drama. Anamika skilfully combines her storytelling abilities with many techniques to produce immersive and all-encompassing learning experiences. She fosters a deep love for literature and ignites creative imaginations with her alluring personality. Her intriguing tales have touched children in classrooms, libraries, and story festivals in South Africa, Kenya, Hawaii, Scotland, India, Kuching and Singapore, encouraging critical thinking and a broader viewpoint. Beyond live performances, her influence may be seen in renowned publications and podcasts that showcase her unwavering commitment. She continues her path as an educator today, nurturing a love for reading and igniting learners’ imaginations and spreading the joy of storytelling. She currently considers Singapore her home after spending her early years in Kenya. In addition to her work, Anamika enjoys reading, dancing, painting mandalas, and preparing meals for her two sons.
