Originally from the UK, Frances has been teaching English for over a decade, and has worked in China and Kazakhstan. She has an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Edinburgh and a PGCE and master’s degree in Education from the University of Sunderland. She believes in encouraging learners to be curious and to gain the skills to become confident independent learners. Frances aims to create a communicative classroom where learners collaborate with each other with mutual respect, kindness and open-mindedness. In her free time, she enjoys painting, drawing and reading.
