Originally from Taiwan, Ivy Chang joined Nexus in 2012. She completed her education in the United States of America training to teach Chinese as a foreign language at the National Taiwan University. She also has had teaching experience in both Chinese language immersion and teaching Chinese as an additional language programs in USA and Singapore for many years. She strongly believes the best way to learn a new language is through meaningful conversations, which is why, in her class, you will always see young learners learning Chinese through music, dance, storytelling and other fun activities. During her spare time, she loves yoga, walking her two lovely dogs and travelling.
