Following 11 years of teaching in the UK, Malaysia and China, Michael moved to Singapore to join the English team at Nexus. He is passionate and enthusiastic about working with children to realise their potential. As a keen purveyor of holistic education, he has a firm belief that education comes not only within the classroom, but out of it.

With his new role as the Learner Leadership Coordinator and his experience with pastoral leadership, he sees immense value in developing opportunities for learner agency and learner voice. Michael enjoys being engaged in continuous professional development to broaden his knowledge and experience. Currently, he is completing his National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership.
