Originally from Scotland, Rachel has been in education for nearly 20 years, working all over the world including Italy, Malaysia and China. With a degree in Contemporary Theatre from the Royal Scottish Conservatoire, she has enjoyed taking on a variety of roles in different schools over the years including teacher or Drama, Head of Creativity and Innovation and Deputy Head of Learning. She believes that true learning takes places when we are able to take risks and then reflect on the process. In her spare time, she enjoys taking part in all aspects of performance from karaoke to Stand Up Comedy!
