Hailing from New Zealand, Lei has more than a decade of experience in Early Childhood Education. She previously worked in Sydney, Australia, as a Centre Director in a boutique preschool. She continued her teaching stint in an international school after moving to Singapore in 2018.

Lei’s teaching philosophy encompasses the values of trust, respect and time. She enjoys working with all children and believes that lots of patience and trust are required for children to flourish and learn at school.

Being a mother of 3 adult children, Lei spends time engaging in her interests and hobbies outside of work. Since Lei moved to Singapore, she has cycled to different parts of Singapore to embark on a food adventure. Getting around the island on her bike has been a great opportunity to see the sites and experience new things that you may not experience when taking a grab or driving. Lei also enjoys cooking, playing team sports, and will give anything ago. You can tell that Lei is around when you hear her laughter.
