Zanthe is a professional counsellor and clinical trauma specialist with a rich experience in the mental health field. She has additional training in Paediatric Counselling, Choice Theory and Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.
Prior to joining Nexus, Zanthe has served in international schools, government agencies and a private practice where she impacted lives of those in the expatriate and local communities. Zanthe is often invited to present and share about her expertise in mental health in various institutions and leadership forums.
At Nexus, Zanthe journeys with children, adolescents, adults and families from diversified backgrounds to deal with life stressors and struggles by helping them discover their intrinsic strengths, resolve inner conflicts and develop adaptive coping skills. Zanthe believes in the potential of every individual and that no one has to go through life challenges on their own. She also conducts parenting workshops as she finds joy in supporting parents while they go through the various stages of their children’s evolving journey.
Outside of Nexus, Zanthe does Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Pilates. She also enjoys picnics and stargazing.
