Starting early, learners in Years 9 to 11 begin exploring their aspirations, strengths and weaknesses, and likes and dislikes. This insightful self-reflection guides them to shape their future academic and career paths, including their decisions about the IBDP and 3rd level courses that they may want to pursue based on their purposes in life and career choices.
In Years 12 and 13, learners receive tailored support on university choices, applications, and future plans. At this point, we go into details about university destinations, choosing the right courses, application processes, essay writing, interview preparation amongst others.
Learners are supplemented with opportunities to visit university campuses, meet with university representatives and attend university expos. Supported with ample guidance and resources, our team helps our learners make informed and good decisions for their future.

At Nexus, coaching goes beyond traditional guidance. Year 12 learners may choose to work with a dedicated Nexus coach to navigate uncertainties about their future in this transitional period. This personalised support helps them reflect, think critically, and make independent decisions, preparing them to tackle challenges with clarity and purpose.
