Gold Award at the 7th CREDAWARD 2020-2021 for Architecture Design
Nexus won Gold at the prestigious 2021 CREDAWARD (China Real Estate & Design Award), an international competition with over 1,900 entries from 500+ companies. Judged on architectural aesthetics, environmental protection, user experience, and economic benefits, our new Aljunied campus stood out for its visionary design, featuring open-plan classrooms, flexible learning spaces, and sustainable elements like passive energy use. This marks the first-ever Gold for a Singapore property in CREDAWARD history.
