Led by a team of experienced, dedicated and high-achieving coaches, Nexus offers a comprehensive and excellent swim programme for all learners and the Elite Squad.
Both Primary and Secondary learners enjoy weekly swimming lessons as part of their curriculum and many also join after-school swimming activities, both leisurely and competitively.

Our elite swimmers train rigorously, combining 7-10 hours per week of pool sessions with land-based training like weights, yoga, and high-intensity workouts. Our expert coaches, including former Olympians, provide personalised training plans that elevates each individual swimmer’s unique strengths. We also invite other highly accomplished swimmers to run swimming clinics and work with specialist nutritionists and exercise psychologists to ensure our athletes receive well-rounded support.

The Nexus swim team has a wide variety of opportunities to shine outside of training. The Thanyapura High Performance Swim Camp is an annual highlight as the team travels to train at the world-class FINA-approved training centre. Here, Nexus learners get to meet other trainers and competitive swimmers.
Other than this camp, our swimmers also gain valuable learning experiences by participating in the Feeding Frenzy International Swim Meet at Bangkok Patana School and at least 10-12 other competitions every year.

With a high coach to swimmer ratio, we guide our youngest learners through a fun, interactive and play-based approach to swimming. Starting in shallow pools, they progress at their own pace, building confidence to master swimming skills.

Nexus swimmers have consistently excelled in national and international tournaments, including the Athletic Conference of Singapore International Schools (ACSIS) and the Feeding Frenzy International Swim Meet. Our swimmers have also pushed past the limits to become national record holders and National Age Group Champions in multiple countries, with many of our alumni joining national swim teams or receiving full scholarships to universities for their incredible swimming achievements.
