Support that grows with your childCOMPREHENSIVECARE
Our counsellors follow a holistic Integrated Care Model, designed to support learners’ emotional and social growth through a range of proactive and responsive programs. Here’s how we champion well-being:
PreventiveCare
Creating awareness and building resilience through early intervention and proactive support.
From peer support programs to self-regulation kits and empowerment talks, we equip learners with essential mental well-being skills to help them navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence.
DevelopmentalCare
Fostering emotional well-being through personal growth and social connections.
Initiatives like Connection Circles and The Band give learners meaningful opportunities to form new friendships and strengthen their social skills.
InterventionalCare
Providing tailored support for learners facing specific challenges.
This includes one-to-one counselling, consultations, assessments, and early interventions, ensuring concerns are addressed before they escalate.
Continuityof Care
Ensuring long-term support for sustained progress.
We connect families with internal and external resources and, when needed, refer learners to specialists like Behavioural and Psychosocial Occupational Therapists. This ensures a network of care that extends beyond the classroom.
