Khatijah Bte Mohamed Sani
Born and bred in Singapore, Khatijah has worked in various industries before heading for her calling in the education sector – her first passion when she took up relief teaching with Singapore Ministry of Education. She started in the early childhood where she graduated in Diploma in Early Childhood and was promoted to a senior teacher at one of the leading early childhood provider – PCF.
With the passion of teaching, Khatijah decided to further her interest in the childhood studies, she pursue a degree course with University of Northumbria, UK; where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Childhood Studies with Care and Counselling.
Khatijah is a strong believer that every child is unique and advocate an inclusive learning environment, so that no child is left behind. With peers’ interaction, a child can develop the necessary skills such as cognitive, socio-emotional and motor skills for their developmental growth.
On a personal side of Khatijah, she loves food – enjoy trying new dishes and travelling to broaden her perspective of the world. She is a very cat person. She also a community cat feeder and occasionally helped abandoned cats and re-house them to a loving family.
