Originally from India, Krithika is passionate about inclusive education with 10 years of experience in Special Needs Education. She started her career as a Special Needs Educator in Chennai, India where she taught learners with diverse needs, with a focus on early intervention, for 5 years. Her experience and exposure of working with learners as young as 2 years to adults with diverse needs through the years, has only increased her passion towards inclusive education.

She has a Masters in Special Education from NIE Singapore and Online Certification in Early Childhood Development from Harvard University. She strongly believes in creating a collaborative environment for all learners to discover their potential.

She is living with her husband and son and enjoys spending time outdoors.
