Mandy brings a developmentally attuned and multicultural lens to her counselling work, shaped by her life across Mainland China, Hong Kong, the UK, Switzerland, and Singapore. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she values building genuine connections with learners and families across cultures and languages. She holds a Master of Counselling from Monash University and a Master of Business Administration fromThe Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

With a background spanning school-based counselling, clinical settings, and community mental health, she supports children and adolescents through social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Her practice draws on a wide range of therapeutic approaches, combining evidence-based methods with expressive modalities such as visual art, sandplay, music, and movement. She sees secure relationships as the soil in which a child’s sense of self, meaning, and emotional strength can take root. In her work, she holds space for both vulnerability and becoming.

Outside the counselling room, Mandy finds joy in baking, taking long scenic drives, and sharing quality time with her three children.
