Tiana is a driven educator specialising in learning support, with a rich background of global experience spanning Texas, the United Arab Emirates, China, and Singapore. Throughout her career, she has consistently advocated for equitable educational opportunities for diverse learners. Central to her teaching philosophy is a deep belief in collaboration. She actively partners with teachers, families, and the broader community to uncover and support each child’s unique learning path.

Rooted in a holistic, neuro-affirming approach, Tiana is dedicated to empowering every student. She centers her work on early intervention and operates on the core understanding that children’s behaviour is a form of communication, ensuring every child feels understood, supported, and valued in their educational environment.
Outside of her professional work, Tiana spends her time painting, writing poetry, and exploring nature.
