Having grown up within the Singaporean education system, Lhadina developed a deep understanding of the unique academic pressures and high expectations placed on students. This perspective fueled her passion for a more holistic approach to education, one that prioritises and supports a learner’s mental health. Her personal experience guided her professional path, leading her to pursue a Diploma in Psychology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science from the University of Queensland. Through her work, she is dedicated to helping learners build the emotional resilience and self-awareness needed to not only succeed academically, but to thrive personally.
Her expertise is centred on the role of emotions in a child’s development and well-being, and the critical link between a child’s emotions and their behaviour. Lhadina is committed to helping learners understand, manage, and express their feelings in healthy ways, believing that emotional intelligence is a foundational skill for both academic and personal success. She employs evidence-based strategies to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where learners feel empowered to navigate their inner worlds and build strong, positive relationships with others.
