Originally from the UK, Carly has worked in international education for over a decade, teaching English and holding a range of academic leadership positions. She has extensive experience across secondary curricula and a particular interest in data, teaching and learning, curriculum development, and educational leadership.

Carly wholeheartedly believes in creating learning environments where learners feel inspired and challenged to grow, and that the joy and responsibility of educators lies in growing alongside them.

Outside of work, Carly equally enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors as well as disappearing with a great book. Her hobbies include hiking, scuba diving and yoga, and she is always keen to explore new cultures and experiences.
