Need help at school? Our Learner Services team is here to support all our learners and families. Located at level 2, opposite the Eco-Cafe, feel free to reach out to our friendly staff for any questions you may have.

HELPFUL FORMS FOR NEW FAMILIES

Vehicle Registration

Parents may submit this form if they would like to register their vehicle to enter the school easily. Upon completion, please visit Learner Services to collect a decal. Please allow a few days for our machines to register this change.

Locker Application

Secondary learners at Nexus are allowed to apply for a locker by completing this form using their Nexus learner email. Your child will receive an email with their locker allocation, usually within 3-5 days.

ID Card Photo Submission

Parents, caregivers and guardians may submit their photos using this form so that the school can print their Nexus IDs. This process may take 2-3 weeks but you will receive an email when it is ready for collection.

Class Whatsapp Groups

There are informal class WhatsApp groups where parents can connect with other parents in your child’s class. Please email our Learner Services team and they will send you a QR code to help you join your child’s respective class’ WhatsApp group

Leave Application Form for Learners

If your child needs to be absent from school apart from medical leave, please fill in this form.

Learner ID/Parent Replacement Form

If you need to replace your learner ID or parent pass, please submit this form. Please note that there will be a $10 replacement fee.

FREQUENTLY ASKED Questions

You may email Learner Services in the morning to inform the school. This will inform us about your child’s wellbeing and help us with attendance.

Please email Learner Services by 12pm about this change in plans as we need ample time to inform your child’s teachers.

Please email Learner Services with the day and time that your child will need to leave the school. We will prepare a permission slip for your child to present to security to exit the school.

To ensure that you get the most updated information and details, please email Learner Services with information about your change in address, contact or any official documents.

Our cafeteria is managed by the Compass group and you may contact them at cafeteria@nexus.edu.sg. They will be able to help you with all your cafeteria-related enquiries.
