With 12 years of teaching experience across the UK, Malaysia, China and Singapore, Michael is passionate and enthusiastic about working with children to realise their potential. As a keen purveyor of holistic education, he has a firm belief that education comes not only within the classroom, but out of it.

Through his current position as Learner Leadership Coordinator and his experience with pastoral leadership, he sees immense value in developing opportunities for learners’ agency and learners’ voice.

Michael enjoys being engaged in continuous professional development to broaden his knowledge and experience. He has recently completed his National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership.
