Rachel Ng
Hailing from sunny Singapore, Rachel found teaching as a passion and completed a PGCE with Liverpool John Moores University after graduating with an honours degree in Sociology. As an avid reader, Rachel takes any chance she gets to introduce new topics through books and reading to the children. Rachel believes that every child’s achievements should be celebrated and that a happy child learns best. She strives to empower learners with valuable life skills, provide them with opportunities to develop critical thinking skills and hone creativity by experimenting with different forms of art in the classroom. It is her goal to create a safe space where children can grow and learn.
When not in school, Rachel is probably baking up a storm in the kitchen. She especially loves piping buttercream flowers and occasionally likes to do some painting and craft work. Besides that, all her time is spent with her three wonderful cats, Pepper, Peanut and Poppy.
