She is committed to creating inclusive, engaging, and learner-centred learning environments that nurture curiosity, creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Neetika is particularly passionate about inquiry-based learning and fostering meaningful relationships with learners and the wider school community. She believes that education should empower learners to become independent, compassionate, and capable global citizens who are prepared to thrive in an ever-changing world.
