Originally from South Africa and raised in Taiwan, Niki possesses a fluency in both English and Mandarin, a product of her unique journey through both the Taiwanese local and American international school systems. This multicultural foundation drives her ability to connect across diverse communities.

Her extensive expertise bridges the gap between direct learner support and behind-the-scenes efficiency, with a proven track record in programme coordination, instructional support and creating robust administrative systems.

When she isn’t finding new ways to support learners and streamline systems, Niki loves spending time with her family, showing hospitality, cycling, singing and channeling her creativity into crocheting and baking.
