Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education - University of Wales Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership - RTRC Asia

Pritika Chandiramani holds a Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been teaching since 1997. Originally from India, she made Singapore her home in 1996 and has since dedicated her career to supporting young learners in both Early Years and Lower Elementary settings.

Throughout her career, Pritika has taken on a variety of leadership roles, including Grade Lead, Mathematics Lead and PYP Coordinator, and has enjoyed mentoring and coaching fellow educators. She believes in creating a caring and engaging learning environment where children feel valued and inspired to develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. At the heart of her practice is a belief that meaningful learning begins with meaningful relationships. She invests time in getting to know each child and family, using those connections to create learning experiences that are personalised, relevant, and responsive to individual needs and strengths.

Nexus is the third international school in Singapore that Pritika has had the privilege of serving. A guiding philosophy in both her teaching and personal life is that mistakes are “must-takes” essential opportunities for growth, learning, and discovery. Grounded in her own experiences, she encourages learners to embrace challenges, take risks, and view setbacks as valuable steps on the journey toward success.

Outside of school, she enjoys team-based activities and friendly competition, whether through sports, Spartan races, or board games with family and friends. She is passionate about health and wellbeing and spends her personal time focusing on physical fitness, mindful living, and exploring healthy recipes.
