The school’s growth is anchored in a digital learning strategy that integrates cutting-edge technology and digital ethics into the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes. This forward-thinking approach ensures learners are well-versed in digital citizenship and equipped with the skills necessary for the future.

Excellence Beyond the Classroom

Excellence at Nexus extends far beyond the traditional classroom. They are also proud to be ACSIS high-school champions four years in a row. The vibrant arts scene sees Nexus musicians performing at prestigious national venues such as the Singapore Botanic Gardens and CHIJMES. Furthermore, the drama department serves as a hub for international drama festivals and provides extensive performance platforms, ranging from large-scale primary and secondary productions to a dedicated annual senior play.

Community at the Core

Nexus remains dedicated to its core pillars of diversity and inclusivity, celebrating a truly international community that represents over 60 nationalities with no single nationality exceeding 20%. This inclusive spirit fosters friendships across nationalities, brings together teachers with expertise from around the world, and creates a parent community connected across cultures and continents. Together, this forms a school community that looks like no other where being a global citizen isn’t so much about what is taught, but what is embedded into the everyday experience of being a Nexus family. This commitment to being a truly international school is further reflected in community-building events like the annual International Fair, which showcases the global heritage of the whole Nexus community and contributes to an environment where anyone can feel like they belong.

A Vision for the Future

“The ‘Nexus Way’ is about more than just academic results; it’s about fostering a culture of continuous learning and community belonging,” says Principal Karrie Dietz. “As we celebrate this 15-year milestone, we look forward to collaborating closely with our staff, learners and community to continue building on our strong academic foundations, whilst developing further opportunities for our learners to continue excelling both in and beyond the classroom”.
